About

You don’t need more marketing.
You need a better way to take care of the people already trying to work with you.

That’s the problem I kept seeing.
People would spend time and money getting attention. They’d post consistently. They’d get inquiries. They’d book a few calls. Then somewhere between interest and action, things would go quiet. No follow-up. No real system. No clear next step. Just a lot of wasted effort and a slow leak in reputation.
I’m Brittany WV, founder of R² Marketing.
R² stands for Relationships and Reputations because for solo practitioners, those two things are the business. If people trust you, remember you, and hear good things when your name comes up, your business grows. If they don’t, it gets harder than it needs to be.
I didn’t start here by accident.
Years ago, I worked in email marketing consulting, mostly with e-commerce and digital product businesses. My work was pretty practical. I helped people set up the core sequences they should have had in place already: welcome emails, post-purchase emails, abandon cart emails, the basics that keep things moving when the owner is busy doing something else.
Even back then, I kept thinking the higher-ticket folks needed this help more.
It wasn’t because they needed more funnels. No, it was because they had more to lose.
When you’re selling a product online, a missed email matters. When you’re a therapist, attorney, financial advisor, consultant, or real estate professional, a missed follow-up can cost you a client, a referral, and a piece of your reputation. That’s a different kind of problem.
At the time, I didn’t fully lean into that.
Part of that was me. I was too focused on passive income. Too willing to shift directions every few months. And if I’m being honest, I also knew I wasn’t trying to be a sales copywriter for e-commerce brands. That just wasn’t my lane.
What I care about is helping people build systems that make their business work better and feel lighter.
So this is a fresh relaunch, but it’s not a random one.
I came back to this work because the same issue kept showing up over and over again. Good business owners were still losing people in the gap between “interested” and “booked.” They were still relying on memory, inboxes, sticky notes, and good intentions to manage relationships that should have been supported by an actual system.
That’s the work I do now.
I help solo practitioners build Client Relationship Systems so potential clients don’t fall through the cracks, past clients don’t forget about them, and referrals have somewhere to go besides a dead end.
That can mean follow-up systems. Intake nurture. Re-engagement emails. Referral touch points. A cleaner handoff after someone reaches out. A better experience after the consultation. The strategy comes first. Then we choose the tech that supports it.
I’m software-agnostic on purpose.
I may have preferences, sure. Most people in this work do. But I don’t believe your business should be shaped around somebody else’s platform. The system comes first. The software backs it up.
I also care a lot about women in business getting the support they deserve, even if I don’t put that on a billboard.
The numbers are what they are. Women business owners are expected to do more with less, often with less funding, less margin for error, and less support behind the scenes. So yes, I care deeply about the people I work with succeeding. Probably too deeply sometimes.
I’m actually working on not caring about your business more than you do.
I say that jokingly, but not really.
Because I do care. I care about whether people are hearing back from you. I care about whether your systems are helping or hurting your reputation. I care about whether your business is growing in a way that feels sustainable instead of chaotic.
What I won’t do is sell you noise when what you need is structure.
If you’re a solo practitioner whose business runs on trust, referrals, and the strength of your reputation, you’re in the right place.
Your clients shouldn’t have to chase you. And you shouldn’t have to keep chasing every new client either.
